Ottima esperienza. L’ho noleggiata prima di arrivare in hotel e, al momento del check-in, la sedia era già lì. Al check-out non ho dovuto fare altro che avvisare la reception che sarebbe stata ritirata. Molto comodo. Consigliatissima!
Great service provided
It was easy to rent before the trip and it worked well taking taxi and walking in museums. The rollator was in the hotel room when we arrived and we left it at the end of our trip.
My scooter was good but it was delivered only partly charged. It will be helpful to deliver it with a full charge.
I was told that the folding scooter I reserved was unavailable because it was returned broken. The staff offered the nonfolding 4 wheel scooter instead. I accepted the offer, but it was too big to put in a taxi. It needed a large van. I was unable to use it. Therefore, I wasted my money. I just did not know any better.
