Transit or self-propelled?
The self-propelled model has large rear wheels: the user can move around independently. The transit model has small wheels, is lighter and more compact: ideal when a companion does the pushing.
Tight spaces and elevators
For historic-center apartments, small doorways and elevators, the narrow-passage wheelchair (40–43 cm) fits where others can't.
High weight capacity
The bariatric model supports up to 140 kg with a seat of 60 cm or more, for maximum comfort and safety.
Frequently asked questions
How much does rental in Rome cost?
Rental starts from an all-inclusive daily rate: VAT and transport (delivery and collection) included, with no hidden costs. The daily cost decreases as the duration increases.
How and when do you pay?
To secure availability, payment must be made in advance within 2 days of ordering, by bank transfer, PayPal or credit/debit card. Where available, payment on delivery can be arranged.
Do you deliver the wheelchair to a hotel or B&B?
Yes. Let the property know about the delivery in your name: we'll then take care of arranging the appointment. At hotels with 24-hour reception we deliver, where possible, the day before your arrival and collect after your departure, even in your absence. At B&Bs and apartments, the host must be present to allow access.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation is free up to 5 days (120 hours) before delivery. After this deadline, the full amount is charged. Last-minute orders (within 5 days) are non-refundable if the service cannot be provided due to logistical reasons beyond our control.
Is a security deposit required?
For this type of aid, the rental is all-inclusive, with no security deposit.
Do you work with intermediaries?
