the only way to assist clients directly within these locations.

Yes. We bring the mobility aid to the address you provide — hotel, B&B, holiday let or private residence — and collect it at the end of the hire period. Delivery is included in the price throughout Rome and the surrounding province.
Absolutely. We are authorised to drive within Rome’s restricted traffic zones (ZTL), including the historic centre, Trastevere, Prati and the Borgo district adjacent to the Vatican.
It is not possible to deliver mobility equipment directly inside the airport without official authorisation. Our accessible transfer service for FCO meets you on arrival with the mobility aid already on board and takes you directly to your hotel in Rome — no waiting and no separate delivery required.
Yes. Civitavecchia port is covered by our authorised accessible transfer service. We meet you at the quayside exit with our adapted vehicle and the mobility aid on board, and take you directly to your hotel in Rome or any other agreed destination.
Our standard mobility aid hire zones cover Rome and the Province (Metropolitan City of Rome), which includes many destinations such as Tivoli, Frascati, Grottaferrata and Palestrina. For locations beyond the provincial boundary, please get in touch: we arrange the service on request.
