Airports and ports are structures controlled access:
It is not possible to deliver an aid independently in the terminals or on the docks.
For this reason VEM Rent offers a Authorized disabled transfer service,
the only way to assist the customer directly within these facilities.

    Assistance upon arrival and departure, with a specially equipped vehicle and driver authorized for airside access.


  • GB Pastine Airport — Ciampino (CIA)
    Transfer with assistance on board directly from the arrivals terminal to your hotel in Rome.


  • Port of Civitavecchia
    The main cruise port in the central Mediterranean. Our transfer reaches the docks with port authorization.


  • Port of Fiumicino
    Assistance for cruise passengers arriving or departing by sea.


Note for cruise passengers: if you arrive in Civitavecchia and continue to Rome,
The disabled transfer covers the entire port-hotel journey with assistance already on board.
You won't have to wait for a separate delivery.
