Public holidays in Rome

On public holidays we don’t deliver or collect. If your rental starts or ends on one of those days, we deliver on the previous working day and collect on the first working day after, at no extra cost: the actual dates are confirmed in your order. For Saturdays, the rules in the rental conditions apply.

Christmas and New Year 2026-2027

On all other days we work as usual. Surcharges are the same as on any other public holiday; nothing changes for the Christmas period.

When to order by

You can order as late as the day before delivery: on the website, or by phone or email if you need it the same day. For the morning of 24 December order by the 23rd, for the morning of the 31st by the 30th. Orders placed less than 5 days before delivery follow the general refund rules: if the delivery falls through because of the property, the amount is not refunded. Everything is in the FAQ.

Assistance on closing days

On closing days, assistance for any problem with the aid stays active. The number to call is given to you together with the aid and communicated before delivery.

Transfers over the holidays

The transfer from the airports, the port of Civitavecchia and the railway stations also runs on 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January. The surcharges in the conditions apply: Sundays and public holidays +25%, Christmas and New Year +60%, night-time from 10pm to 6am +40%.
