Request delivery to your hotel

If you are staying at a hotel or bed and breakfast, we can have your booked mobility aids waiting for you at the reception desk when you arrive. To use this service, pay for your rental by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, and remember to include your check-in and check-out times in the order notes. When you leave, simply drop the aids off at the hotel reception and we will collect them afterwards. If you are staying in a private apartment or holiday home with no reception desk, we recommend checking in advance whether your contact person can be available at the agreed time. If that is not possible, we can only guarantee delivery within the time slots available for selection.

Rental conditions for wheelchairs and electric mobility aids

We can deliver and collect booked mobility aids at any location in the city accessible by vehicle, including ZTL restricted-traffic zones and the historic centre. Delivery is not possible directly to pedestrian areas, road-closed zones, airports, railway stations, seaports or bus stations. VemRent cannot guarantee the availability of booked aids if the order has not been paid in advance. All bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.
