Information on the delivery of Vemrent aids

Throughout the city of Rome we personally deliver the rented aids. However, every hotel or apartment has its own needs, so follow these few rules to allow us to serve you better.

Delivery to the hotel

If you are staying in Hotel tell the structure that you have a reservation on Vemrent, in this way we will let you find the help at the reception desk.

Delivery to the apartment

If you are staying in a Flat tell your host that you have a reservation on Vemrent and that we will deliver to their property on your behalf. Also, if present, make sure that the aid you want to book enters the lift of the building, not all of our aids enter the lifts and must be kept in your room during the night.
